Where have I seen those Round Glasses?

John Lennon

Round Sunglasses are pretty out of fashion, they almost make you want to listen to the most ?hidden beat? in every song you hear, in order to feel you’re giving them a style. Despite the fact that round glasses weren’t made for Fashionable purposes, and not to mention that the magnifying glass was made before the actual eye glasses, Philosophers and other readers, especially those with age, were able to read Manuscripts and Letters with the problem of the round glasses slipping down their nose easily. This was in the 14th and 16th century. You can just imagine how important you must have looked for wearing glasses back then. They also were used in Chinese Court System starting 1300c, worn by judges.

Jumping in to modern history ? Sunglasses popularity in America happened in the 20th century, especially within the military. It wasn’t until 1960’es that Sunglasses became Fashionable, especially because they were worn by Hollywood Stars, and of course, by people to protect themselves from the sun.

History gives style to every shape. It can take years for a certain Fashionable item to become a specific message or style, due to who wears them and what they stand for or are connected with, and it can be bold or ?different? to wear those specific shape of glasses, especially if you already have a reputation that does or does not go with the style of Sunglasses you wear. It could simply be what you look the best in if that is how you keep your Fashion’s going. What was discovered, what was a mystery or even a clue when John Lennon wore the Round Sunglasses? Is it certain that you include him, Fashionably, even just a tiny bit when wearing round sun glasses, even if you show that by having a retro purse along with it?

Many Hollywood Celebrities still can be seen wearing round sunglasses, but very few people actually wear them. It is hard to give them a different ?feel? rather than retro, peace or vintage. It is very attractive to see a person wear round reading glasses when studying or being inside a classroom, but as a Fashion it is very different and it really speaks loud in the Fashion language.

Designer’s would agree that anything can be worn Fashionably with style, and I want to see more Round Sunglasses. If not this summer, then next summer. Especially in colors that are bolder than Retro, just to add more character to their already existing Fashion.

Johnny Depp wore round ? aviator style sunglasses in Nick of Time and?Fear and loathing in Las Vegas. The novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was dedicated to Bob Dylan who wrote the song ?Mr. Tambourine Man?. The song was performed at the Beatles Personal Assistant’s funeral, which links us together with John Lennon once more, and for Fashions sake ? The Round Sunglasses. (This info was cited from Mr. Tambourine Man, Wikipedia)

Round Sunglasses come in most Fashion brands that carry Sunglasses, and are usually a ?Rock statement? in the entertainment world, rather than Hip-Hop, although it can be accepted in the Hip Hop and Pop scene, as well as it can and does in the Rock Scene.

Seeing actors turning in to action figures wearing round Sunglasses that wont fall off is a classic and fun Fashion statement to me, and I?m sure, to lot’s of other people as well.
