Paul Smith London Fashion Week 2012 Spring Collection

Designer Paul Smith has combined three categories of fashion for women in spring/summer 2012: Androgynous, hipster and tomboy.

He could care less about how to match the colors together and how masculine it comes out to be. The intellect of the woman is more important and the clothes show a variety of longer pants, funky buttoned up shirts and various coats and trench coats. The don?t mind me attitudes in high fashion runway show has a modern day sex appeal, where the man is less intimidated by the woman who doesn’t live in fairy tale dresses but in long pants and bright colored jackets. The fashions are not rule breaking in female sophistication but rule making in female dominance and determination of success no matter if she is feminine or masculine in her personality.

Some women like to hang out just like men do, and when the day begins they’d like to go for it and take the day in their own hands. Putting mysticism and beauty aside, the attires in this runway show are to show the femininity of the tom boy and androgynous female of 2012.
